The Cruise Night pictures are cool. I particularly like the monochromatic modern colorization on the 60s car . It fits well with the nostalgic tint of the earlier model. If you had another pic to fit side-by-side--one that would lend itself to a monochromatic interpretation--I think this would be a very saleable triptych at an art show.
Considering the pictures individually, they do stand alone, of course. Weren’t you pleased how well the blog background color served as a mat?
Thanks. A triptych? Mmm, a poetic arrangement, worth exploring. I took well over a hundred pictures. The cars were lined up on both sides of the road for at least five blocks.
The background as matting...never even dawned on me, but you're right. I guess it's not the way I look at things.
